Mount Elma Crossover Converted To Lakes Tour; Sun Mar 14, 2010; snowshoeing; leader: Tim Penney

The blizzard conditions and high avalanche risk were cause to cancel the Mount Elma crossover trip. Instead we had a fun day pushing snow on the Helen Mackenzie Battleship Lake tour.

The nine hardy souls had their work cut out for them as they faced strong winds, blizzard conditions and very deep snow. All in all, though, another great day on the mountain.
