Five Lakes Snowshoe; Thu Dec 31, 2009; snowshoeing; leader: Geoff Brameld

Tim & Geoff headed up to Battleship lake where we saw some hardy folks out for a camp over. We shoed to the end of Battleship over to Kooso Lake up the ridge to Lady lake and then up the height of land to Croteau. here we had a pleasant lunch with a bank of fog just above us so no magnificent views today. On the way back we headed across Helen Mckenzie, stopped for Tea admiring the amount of snow we've had this winter. A great day out in the wild. Although many people were out enjoying winter, we were on our own much of the way.
